Privacy Policy

This policy covers pillarsecurity.io and the internal software tools that Pillar Security LLC ("Pillar Security," "we," "us") operates, including applications that connect to Google Workspace accounts.

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no forms, and no advertising. We do not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider and content delivery network may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

If you email us, we keep your message and use it only to reply to you.

Pillar Security builds and runs internal tools, including an AI assistant, that connect to Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive through Google's APIs. These tools are used only by Pillar Security and its principal on accounts we own or control. They are not offered to the public.

When a Google account is connected, the tool may read, create, or modify data in that account (for example: reading and drafting email, viewing and creating calendar events, and reading files) in order to carry out tasks the account owner asks it to do.

Google user data accessed by these tools is:

• Used only to provide the assistant's features to the connected account's owner.
• Never sold, and never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Never used to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
• Never read by a human except the account owner, unless required for security, to comply with law, or with the owner's explicit consent.
• Transferred to other services only as needed to perform the requested task (for example, sending the content of an email to an AI model provider to draft a reply).

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access tokens and any cached data are stored on infrastructure controlled by Pillar Security and protected with standard security measures. Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the tool's functions and is deleted when the connection is removed or the tool is retired.

A connected Google account can revoke access at any time from the Google account permissions page. To ask us to delete any data we hold, email us at the address below.
